CollabMatch is a platform designed to bridge the gap between doctors and pharmacists, enabling them to find and collaborate with each other more effectively. The goal was to improve patient outcomes by making it easier for prescribers and dispensers to coordinate on treatment plans.
Worked directly with the founder to understand the problem space — the lack of structured communication channels between doctors and pharmacists leads to medication errors, missed interactions, and suboptimal patient care. The platform needed to make matching intuitive and collaboration frictionless.
The core of the platform is a provider profile system — practitioners create detailed profiles with their collaboration preferences, specialties, location, and credentials. A review and rating system helps build trust between potential collaborators. The search and discovery experience lets providers filter by field of practice, location, and availability to find the right match.

Once matched, providers communicate through a built-in messaging system. The mobile-first messaging experience supports the real-world workflow — physicians and pharmacists coordinating on the go between appointments and consultations. Connection slots and a freemium upgrade path drive the business model.

Designed the end-to-end experience from profile creation to active collaboration, working directly with the founder to validate the matching model and messaging flows with practicing healthcare professionals.
